We have used Sydney Building Management services at our apartment since inception. The level of service and professionalism from our building manager (Danny K) has been exceptional. Our building has (as with many other newly built buildings) lots of issues and challenges to resolve however Danny has always been there to go above and beyond to provide his professional opinion and knowledge to help guide the committee in making decisions. In terms of day to day management of the building there is general consensus among residents that they are happy with the level of service, engagement and responsiveness.

SBMP have managed the property very well. The grounds have always been well maintained, unplanned incidents managed well, and they have kept me well informed of any ongoing issues with the buildings that may affect me such as car park gate failures. Special thanks to Rob as the building manager for a job well done.
