We believe in regular training to ensure that our people are up to date in the latest processes and technology. We train each person through our ongoing training process: weekly and monthly training schedules, online procedure and training modules and feedback loops.
Our approach is different in that at least two persons are assigned to your site, including one Senior Building Manager, who will attend all meetings, oversee the management of the building and is available for technical advice and difficult tasks. This also provides a contingency in the event of sickness or holidays.
