Our senior management team is experienced across an array of different market segments including investment management, building, hotel management, trades and project management.
We make ourselves available.
A senior manager is assigned to all sites and our Managing Director is available as required. This ensures a highly experienced staff member is overseeing your site at all times.
We promote transparency and feedback with staff: weekly staff meetings, monthly training with a constant feedback loop promoting staff engagement with our process. If something can be done better, we want to know about it.
Our management process ensures clear performance guidelines, staff review feedback process and building scoring system. Staff are encouraged to go the extra mile.
